Berry Vanilla Cheesecake Bowl

Creamy, sweet and high protein with serious dessert vibes. This berry vanilla cheesecake parfait blends cottage cheese and whey isolate into a smooth, cheesecake-style base and layers it with warm berries. Perfect for breakfast, a post-workout snack or a healthy dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese ( I use 2% good culture)
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein I use Naked Nutrition Vanilla Naked Whey Iso
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1/3 cup frozen mixed berries
Optional Layers / Toppings
  • Crushed graham crackers
  • Extra berries
  • Sprinkle of granola

Method
 

Blend
  1. Add cottage cheese, protein powder, vanilla and honey to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Heat berries
  1. Microwave frozen berries 30–60 seconds until soft and syrupy.
Layer
  1. Add crushed graham crackers to the bottom if using. Spoon the whipped cheesecake mixture on top.
Finish
  1. Top with warm berries and any additional toppings.

Notes

Recipe Notes

  • Chill in the fridge 20–30 minutes if you prefer a thicker cheesecake texture.
  • Add a splash of milk if you want it thinner and more mousse-like.
  • Optional toppings are not included in macros.
  • Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge up to 2 days.
  • I split mine into 2 servings, but numbers will be based on the entire recipe
