About Me

Hi, I’m Alissa, a Tampa based certified holistic nutritionist and gut health specialist, and fitness trainer, dedicated to helping women like you thrive through food, lifestyle, and exercise. My mom’s sudden stage 4 adenocarcinoma diagnosis, with no family history of cancer, changed everything. Her overlooked gut symptoms – bloating, fullness, and unknown gallstones-sparked my mission to create Rejuven8 My Wellness. After losing her, I became certified to honor her legacy, empowering men and women over 30 to manage gut health and reduce disease risk naturally.

As a gut health coach, I’ve helped countless women feel vibrant and not just by managing weight, but by boosting energy, improving sleep, and enhancing mental clarity. My Ultimate Gut & Metabolism Reset and weekly blog posts offer practical tips to make wellness accessible, from avoiding seed oils to adding daily walks and stress-reducing practices like mindful breathing. Inspired by my mom, my approach uses real food like kefir smoothies, berry-packed snacks, and high-protein salads to support your gut, where 70% of your immune system lives, helping to try and prevent disease and feel your best.
