
Garlic Cheddar Biscuits

Preheat oven
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients
- In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
- Add cheese
- Stir in most of the shredded cheese, reserving a small amount for topping.
- Add wet ingredients
- Stir in yogurt and melted butter until just combined. Do not overmix.
Shape biscuits
- Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface. Gently pat to about 1-inch thickness.
- Cut into 10 biscuits or drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet.
Top and bake
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until puffed and golden.
Optional finish
- Melt butter in a small pot with garlic and Italian Seasoning. Brush with garlic butter while hot.
