Iced Blueberry Latte
A fun, berry-forward twist on an iced latte that’s layered, refreshing and gut-friendly. The blueberry compote gives you antioxidants, the collagen foam adds protein and the whole drink feels like a summer café moment at home.
Ingredients
Method
Blueberry compote
- Simmer blueberries, water and monk fruit until the berries burst and thicken. Strain and spoon into the bottom of your glass.
- Add ice: Fill the glass.
Blueberry syrup
- Drizzle the cooled syrup over the ice.
- Add coffee: Brew coffee (over-ice setting if you have it) and pour over the syrup and ice.
Collagen cold foam
- Froth almond milk and collagen until thick.
- Pour foam on top and enjoy the layered blueberry moment.
Notes
Tips for the Best Layers
• Cool your coffee slightly before pouring so it doesn’t melt all the ice• Make the compote ahead so it thickens and sets
• Froth the almond milk longer than usual for foam that sits on top
• Use a clear glass if you want that pretty layered look
• If you want it sweeter, sweeten the foam instead of the latte for a balanced flavor (Based on almond milk + 1 scoop collagen + small spoon of compote)

Gut Health Benefits
• Blueberries bring antioxidants and polyphenols that support gut bacteria
• Collagen adds protein for hair, skin, joints and gut lining support
• Almond milk keeps it light and easy to digest
• Low sugar option with monk fruit keeps blood sugar stable
• Better-for-you latte that won’t spike energy then crash
The collagen that I prefer is Naked Nutrition’s Collagen Peptides as this is a clean product with no additives/junk. Look for a collagen with Type I and Type III Collagen as this is what your body actually uses/absorbs.
