Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough Mousse

This hits that cookie dough craving but in a creamy, high-protein mousse. Blending cottage cheese makes it silky, almond flour gives it that doughy texture, and the dark chocolate chips pull it all together. It’s sweet, satisfying and way easier on your gut than the usual dessert.
