Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter
  • 4 tsp pure maple syrup or 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
  • 3 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Tiny pinch nutmeg
  • Pinch sea salt
Toppings optional
  • Toasted walnuts chopped
  • Extra cinnamon for dusting

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients except toppings to a blender or food processor
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy
  3. Pour into a bowl or jar
  4. Top with toasted walnuts and a light dusting of cinnamon
  5. Enjoy right away or chill for 30 minutes for a thicker texture

Cooking Tips:

  • Use full fat cottage cheese for the creamiest texture.
