Method
Make oat base
- In a jar or bowl, mix almond milk, oats, maple syrup, vanilla, chia seeds, and mashed strawberries until fully combined.
Chill
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 3–4 hours until thickened.
Make chocolate topping
- Stir yogurt, pudding mix, and a splash of almond milk until smooth and creamy. Sweeten to taste if desired.
Assemble
- Spoon topping over oats before serving. Add extra strawberries or melted dark chocolate and granola if desired.

Cooking Notes
- Stir oats well before chilling to prevent clumping
- Overnight chilling creates the best texture
